Keta.lol may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Service or otherwise communicated to you. By continuing to access or use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. Review the Terms periodically to stay informed.

If a change materially impacts a paid offering (e.g., pricing, renewal terms, or material feature removal), we will make a reasonable effort to provide advance notice through the Service or to the email associated with your account.

You are granted access to Keta.lol strictly for lawful use, and only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. Any use of the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform, or that interferes with another user's ability to use and enjoy it, is strictly prohibited.

When creating an account, you must not choose or use a username that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or offensive. We reserve the right to reclaim, remove, or suspend usernames or accounts that violate these rules.

You agree not to:

• Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security, rate limit, or access-control mechanism.
• Impersonate any person, entity, brand, or representative of Keta.lol.
• Access or attempt to access another user's account without authorization.
• Deploy bots, crawlers, or automated scripts without prior written permission.
• Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, exploits, or harmful content.
• Post or link to sexually explicit material, content that sexualizes minors, promotes exploitation, depicts extreme violence, or violates applicable law.

You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of any content you post, upload, or link to through the Service. You grant Keta.lol a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and publicly display your content as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You retain ownership of your content. You agree to defend and indemnify Keta.lol and its affiliates against claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.

The following are strictly prohibited on Keta.lol:

• Content that violates local, national, or international laws.
• Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, or exploitative material, including any sexualization of minors.
• Deceptive practices, impersonation, phishing, scams, spam, or unauthorized data collection.
• Malware, exploits, denial-of-service activity, or automated scraping.
• Content encouraging or glorifying violence, terrorism, discrimination, or self-harm.

All payments made to Keta.lol are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time in your account settings. Initiating a chargeback for a valid charge is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KETA.LOL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL KETA.LOL'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED (100) EUROS.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
